Rules For Entering
1) NO ROADKILL! NO BLOW HORNS! NO BURNT CHILI!
2) Chili may be prepared ahead of time. Must be ready at an appropriate and food safe temperature by noon
3) Provide your own cooking/reheating and serving equipment
4) Live Oak Tavern will provide serving cups and tasting spoons
5) We recommend making 3-5 gallons of chili
6) Any type of chili is welcome - Beans or no beans
7) Professional judging at 3p. Winners announced at 3:30p alongside the People's Choice Award
